I was extremely nervous and anxious about Marie's visit, not knowing what to expect. Marie was immediately easy to connect with, understood my concerns and answered all my questions. Her explanations of how to use the catheters were easy to understand and very reassuring. Now it's down to me but I know that I am not on my own and can ask for help if needed.

Maria was lovely. Totally made me feel at ease and I felt she understood and recommended the right product for me . She fully explained how to use it and didn’t rush anything Lovely lady.

Marie Riding is absolutely fantastic. True professional and took me through the whole ISC process and made it as simple as possible . I had worried about all aspects of this process but with Marie’s brilliant training and care I feel so much better . Thank you Marie

I was so relieved to be able to do something about my problem. Marie made me feel at ease straightaway and explained things so clearly. I was not at all embarrassed. I am feeling enthusiastic about managing my condition and making my life easier.

Marie Ridding has been very helpful in explaining this new treatment to me and my Wife and answers any questions or problems we have.
She takes great care to make sure we have fully understood the procedure and how to use the equipment.
She is always available via telephone if I have a problem relating to the equipment/procedure or indeed anything else.
I am very happy and grateful for the advice and care she has given me
